VAT MAN was founded in Australia in early
1983.The VAT MAN founders recognised that food outlets of all kinds had a need
for a cooking oil filtering service. They also realised that to be successful,
such a service should be based on the owner-operator principle using a specially
designed mobile filtering machine.
After a long period of research and development
a machine, the MOBILE MULTIFILTERER was produced, and proven in operation. Since
then steady progress has been made towards building a nationwide network of
owner-operators.
Today, there are a large number of VAT MAN
Franchises throughout Australia, in both City and Country areas.
